If other h'whytes were tested with a specific emphasis on ethnicity, I think there would be comparable results from some groups.

There is absolutely no way the average IQ in Equatorial Guinea is 59. A country of retards of that level would be humping doorknobs and eating shite. That tells me some of the metrics really are biased towards certain cultures, even if some cultures/peoples are objectively smarter than others. Just not to that degree.

Not really. Iqs of 59, 60 don't hump doorknobs. They can go to the grocery store for themselves and perform basic tasks. If, if a country's average is 59, then there are a considerable number higher. Enough to actually run the country.
Frankly I don’t know how they even get enough people from these countries to take an IQ test to even get an average.

I doubt they're as structured as you're used to here. Probably pretty lax in many areas and oil helps. We've got some 89 iqs in elected positions and they manage to satisfy their constituents and cobble together a lucrative career.
Looking at Wikipedia shows the humping doorknobs you suggested...less than half then population has access to clean water and 20% of children die by age five.

Politicians don't run a country, they skim off the top and find someone to do it.
You can't run a functioning electrical grid if your average worker is ~3 STANDARD DEVIATIONS BELOW NORMAL INTELLIGENCE.
Granted, I don't know a lot about Equatorial Guinea. Not going to do any research. However, unless they are similar in lifestyle to Papua New Guinea (why do we have so many Guineas?), I just don't believe that number can be accurate at all.

There is a reason all the areas in that last 75< column were in the Stone Ages when European explorers arrived. It wasn't because 'the man" rigged the system against them.
The intelligence quotient is designed to test human intelligence, not societal metrics.

Hank Johnson and Maxine Waters are shining examples.
I think you can figure why they are elected in their districts. It certainly isn't because of their outstanding intelligence or accomplishments.
