610 closed + Monster Jam + MS River Bridge work = don't go that way

You'd think the city could've picked a better weekend to close 610, but nope. Has taken about 30 minutes to get from Causeway to OPP. Probably a good idea to go around if you're thinking about coming this way

The F250 market is still doing well from what I have seen today. The F250 huge exhaust market is also booming. Gotta go to the wank, so I'm most probably going Clearview back

Monster Truck doesn't even start until tonight. It has no affect on the current traffic. Just take Airline into the city and get back on the Slidell exit.

I'm assuming people are all coming in early. Traffic wasn't this bad when they closed 610 a few months ago

Thibidoux to 310 like normal.
get on I-10.
Exit Causeway, exit to Airline towards city, take Airline to I-10 entrance, get on I-10 on ramp but exit Howard instead of getting back on the I-10. Drive down Howard until you are underneath the second bridge, take a right and make a left U -turn onto the Broad street on ramp at the stop sign. Get on Broad and immediately get back off of Broad at the first exit, which is Poydras, this will bring you by the free parking areas and to the dome.
