Maybe take it down a notch and not so angry

This whole thing sounds shady. Arrested and held, someone else, and limited reporting with only he said she said coming in. Seems like attorneys are keeping everyone silent. Unless I was the guilty person I’d be chirping to anyone and everyone that would post my story.

STPSO and DA just announced separately they're not pursing charges against Cody Beaudette. No mention of anyone else being arrested.
Online chatter is suggesting that this Noel lady who is being mentioned as the driver who hit the little boy has some sort of relationship with someone at the Sheriff's office. Is there any truth to that?

They aren’t pursuing charges for the death.
STPSO still recommending charges for DUI and child neglect for apparently driving drunk with his kid in the car

It is confusing because the DA statement says “any and all charges related to the arrest” but only lists those related to the death specifically

Okay, I see her name is out there on social media so willing to help here.
I can’t speak to any current relationship but her ex-husband is a former Slidell police officer. So, I’m sure that’s where it originated

She was with someone after her and the ex separated and I know he did not work with any law enforcement agency’s. Now since the original separation I’ve seen and spoke with Noel twice , maybe . So she very well might have moved own to someone knew .

I’ve know both for almost 20 years . Her ex and STPSO do not get along and this has nothing to do with his short time at SPD ….
I spoke to someone last night just to check on how the kids were doing and said if you need or want to talk to hit me up and left it at that . I don’t have Facebook so I don’t know what’s being said on that site
