The last sentence I took as being from he defendants attorney. Was i wrong in thinking that?

But he didn't write this down, he spoke it. The transcript is what left the comma out, anyone who thinks he's asking for a 'lawyer-dog' is full of shite.

my aussie mix thing has a profound sense of right and wrong/fairness. i guess that would make him a better judge than practicing attorney.
