Are masks required in the PMAC? Obviously there are exceptions. Kevin George is a yes man and will never stand up for the kids at the lab school. He was tied for top choice in a pool of weak candidates. He interviewed well and fooled a lot of us.

Not shocked. We got an email today that unless our kid is vaxxed. They will not be able to go on a school trip to ….wait for it ….. Orlando Florida later this year.

Just take your kid to Orlando on your own when the field trip is going on, and let him do all of the fun shite the others don't get to do on a field trip

Yep. I discussed it with the wife and I will not sign the release. She will probably cave and sign it for her though. There is a meeting tonight about the trip, it will be interesting to see if anyone says anything.

Not really. I know the dad. He is pretty cool, but his argument is dumb.
1. You can justify a lot if you go back what is allowed in the PMAC vs what a school allows.
2. The school set rules and if parents don't like those rules there is the option to take them out of that school and move them to another school.
But if its about people's rights he will have to avoid sending them to a Catholic school because Catholic schools are pretty strict. Boys can only wear their hair a certain length, you can't just wear any tennis shoe, they have to be a certain color. Shirts must be tucked in at all times.
Like I mentioned in another thread. Kids spread viruses around faster than adults because kids interact with each other a lot closer than adults and while mask are not 100% effective, it can reduce the spread by up to 30% which is better than anything..
And we see how Covid keeps evolving. No one knows how it can keep evolving so you have to do something to try to stop the rate in which it spreads. If they just let it go and then it evolves into something that spreads easier and kills more people then people would be wondering why the hell the government didn't do anything.
But yeah he is a god-damn hero for using his kid to make a political statement he wants to make.

WTF? What does anything I posted have to do with Trump? And was I trolling or giving him credit for something I might have agreed with. Unlike you, I don't support what a platform tells me to support. I can not like someone as president, but that doesn't mean I have to disagree with everything they do.
You sound pretty fricking simple. It seems like I made a point you can't argue with, but because it goes against what you are supposed to support.. it angers you and you want me canceled because you don't agree with me.

And I can honestly say I haven't had an alter in at least 10 years. You can ask the admin, they might be be willing to confirm it.
And yes I had alters, but not nearly as many as the board accused me of so you really have no fricking clue what you are talking about. You just read what people say on here and believe it. Which is probably the same thing you do with your news.

Parents are pissed at the hypocrisy shown by LSU and Lab School admin. They are all over social media wearing NO masks or wearing them like a chin strap. If our kids pull them below their noses for a minute you have lunatic teachers sending them to the Dean of Students. Kids don’t need to be masked and even the “adults” making decisions don’t take masks seriously. They get a choice to take them off. Our kids don’t.
“Just move your kids somewhere else” is easier said than done. Many kids are accelerated after 5th grade and are 1-2 years ahead of other local schools in some subjects. It might be a financial reason for others. Many high school students are involved with athletics or other activities that make it difficult to switch schools. Many have also been with the same friends for 10-12 years and would like to graduate with them.
