Don't you have some boots that need licking or a Communist party meeting you need to be at instead of being the usual worthless troll on here?

SIMPLY POSSESSING A FIREARM ON YOUR PERSON IS NOT A CRIME NOR EVIDENCE OF YOU HAVING COMMITTED A CRIME.

I'll also point out that the video from Twin Peaks clearly shows most of those arrested took no part in any fight and simply took cover and tried to get away from it. I'll also point out that the vast majority of the people arrested that day didn't have criminal records.

Possessing a firearm in the commission of a crime is though. Every single person there was in the commission of a crime.

You're either a fricking liar or a fricking idiot, perhaps both. You're reaching Rex levels of blind idiocy. The video from that day clearly shows most had nothing to do with the fight nor did they take part in any fight.

You're the one who is blinded by your "bitch" affiliation to the Bandidos.

They ALL were taking part in organized criminal activity by simply being present.

Look up TPC Section 71.01 and 71.02.

You really are an idiot. An honest to to God, boot licking, big government, statist, communist idiot if you think everyone there was guilty under any law. Take your bullshite communist line of thinking and shove it right up your arse.

You really are on the same level with Rex, except he can at least be amusing. You're just an ignorant, pathetic troll that's so stupid you've fooled yourself into thinking your smart. I've wasted enough time on you. You're hopeless.

I simply referenced the laws that all citizens are bound by. Not my fault the individuals involved were not in compliance. In fact I would have raided all their clubhouses in every state if I was the Feds and seized all assets of not only the clubs but the individuals as well.

The laws you cited are not really applicable. Most were there for the equivalent of a political strategy barnstorming meeting. The majority had no arrest records and are not involved in any organized crime.

Their rights were violated. On video.

My personal opinion is even if you were tangentially involved you catch charges.

If a murder happens and you are involved in ANY way with the crime, you get charged.

A jury of thier peers will decide that.

Is it not against some code of the club to run and hide like a bitch when a fight starts?

Correct but if you are there to discuss helmet laws and penalties for running into motorcycles over chicken wings, you are pretty much not responsible for the murders that occurred.

Especially when multiple videos confirmed that you were innocent of any crime.

I agree. The difference is that I would apply that same standard to law enforcement.

The video clearly shows it was the Cossacks who were the ones "conducting organized crime". They are the ones who showed up first and launched an unprovoked attack on the Bandidos before the Bandidos could even get off their bikes. And it was the Cossacks who were under the control and influence of the cops, the same cops who were already staged and ready for the fight they knew was coming because they orchestrated the whole thing. So if you're talking about organized crime, it was the cops and their patsies the Cossacks who are guilty of this crime. Everyone else is innocent and the videos prove it.

The video shows exactly what I just posted. The Video clearly shows the Cossacks showed up with intentions of attacking the Bandidos which they did the instant the Bandidos arrived. And I've posted legit news articles backing up the fact the Cossacks were infiltrated and controlled by the cops. If you've got proof that anything I said was incorrect, let's see it. I've backed up my claims. Can you?

There are 1000 ways they could have been involved before the point of being scared. Did they have knowledge, supply weapons, etc.

And I never said those running scared were arrested, although I would imagine running while your gang is gunned down is NOT the idea of belonging to a gang.

If anyone is truly innocent, they will be found so at their trial, or before.

Only two groups knew the Cossacks would go to Twin Peaks and ambush the Bandidos that day.
1. The Cossacks
2. The cops

Yes, those running away were arrested. And before you judge anyone that day. Let's put you in a parking lot surrounded by cops armed with AR-15s spraying bullets everywhere. Not only would you run, you'd leave a trail behind you where you were shitting your pants.

Meanwhile people sat in jail for months, lost their jobs, homes, and even custody of their kids. And that's before the tens of thousands of dollars it will cost them to defend themselves. All this despite the fact the cops had video from day one showing most of them did nothing wrong.
