Nice. Hopefully now that huge gay pride flag won’t be hanging over Sharp Rd. It’s completely unnecessary.

I absolutely do.

And they are scared to be truthful, or stupid enough to fall for the wokester anti truth crusade.

Sucks, sounds like if they were going to throw their character in the toilet they could at least have more money.

For churches this split long term financial health might struggle

Biggest donation come from more conservative people

Don't.

The wokesters demanded a vote on how to move forward. They lost. Then they refused to abide by the vote and the leadership refused to enforce the vote the wokesters demanded.

The vote is still binding but the worksters just decided they would ruin the church and the umc leadership wouldn't lift a finger to stop them.

It left the Christian's to suffer insult from its own church or leave. Then they had to pay the wokester trash for their buildings plus more.

The umc leadership is shameful.

I think you guys should all consider the church of Satan, you are probably going to hell anyway so might as well do as you wish since that’s pretty much what you are doing anyway

A FYI to members of tCoS who sincerely believe in it: it was founded by Anton LaVey as a joke, a satirical put down of religions.

I always think of this when I see news footage of deadly serious CoS rituals

When was it banned?

Massachusetts was the first start to recognize gay marriage in the early 2000s right? Before that, gay marriage was not recognized. Is that not being banned?

When do you use "not recognized" and "banned" interchangeably in any context?

The Methodist church we go to voted themselves out. Gonna cost them some money to leave and they have to give any items with the logo back. Which is all the pew bibles and hymnals. Kind of shitty of the larger org to require payment like that but the minister outright refuses to perform a gay marriage ceremony, which is his right.

Well this isn’t about if the music man is gay, it’s about letting gays lead congregations and churches which is just bizarre.

How does a normal person with a nuclear family take advice from a practicing gay man? Lol I mean that is a strange advisor. Clown world.

And the traditionalists have to leave instead of the weirdos. Go figure.
