Idk about other sec schools but Ole Miss has zero housing on campus for upper classmen. It’s freshmen only and then not even close to enough. The university contracted with many apartment complexes and freshmen will be living there as well.
I know that students are admitted and some percentage will decline and go elsewhere. I also know that OM is growing like mad and OM can’t do anything about it .. their IHL sets the standards and it’s quite low. Sadly.

It’s already happening. I am told by people in admissions that they’re expecting a decline nationwide due to a decreasing population in the high school/approaching college age.

Either 1) they don’t reside there. Baw just has property there. And they suddenly tried using that address after all student correspondence was from a different (and actual) home address.
Or 2) it was purchased after 2017
