I feel like the best way to go when something like this happens is away from where the rest of the whole crowd is going. I worry of a scenario where terrorists detonate a bomb to draw the crowd outside then either user additional bombs on the mass or they start shooting into the crowd. Crouch down and hide or sneak around and try to find a closest or something.
