What are cauliflower tacos?

The filling. They had some kind of garlic sauce. I know it sounds gross but they were really good.

I don’t buy cauliflower very often because it’s kinda hard to prep. Either that or I’m just too lazy to mess with it.

I like to cut mine up for stir fry. It really doesn’t take that long but I get impatient sometimes.
