Does it still have all the awful graphics on the side of the bed? If so I don’t care what engine they put it it, it’s still hideous. I wonder how many people ask the salesmen if it’s possible to remove all that crap.
They actually paid extra for the graphics. The Raptor doesn't come standard with that crap it is like a $1000 package.

Looks like it's still an Ecoboost.

I have a 2020 and love it. I think the f250s are far more obnoxious because of size. I wanted a vehicle that looked good, fun to drive, holds its value longer than most, and could haul shite when needed and it checked all the boxes. So absolutely no regrets on my purchase.

Plot twist, the guy in the picture with him was his lover that died of AIDS.
Ford is tough, but still woke.

Love Fords, never really been too much into the Raptor. I will admit the "super trucks" are cool but idk if it would be something I'd buy even if I had the money.
As for the engines, there have been leaked videos of testing in Michigan on the highway and the engine definitely sounds like a v8. My guess is they offer a v8 for more money and the regular (previously priced version) is the 3.5L. You can look up the leaked video on youtube, def doesn't sound like the regular eco boost, granted they could have some exhaust shite going on with it.
the clip of the exhaust sound
But some people say that they are waiting until 2022 for the v8.

If they didn't put the V8 back in those, then this is a flop

Why doesn’t Chevrolet have something equivalent to the Raptor and the TRX? Or do they?

Chevrolet May Be Planning to Destroy the Ford Raptor
quote:
Chevrolet has the Colorado ZR2 and ZR2 Bison, but while they offer Raptor-like off-road upgrades, the Colorado is a full size smaller than a regular F-150, let alone the wider, beefier Raptor.
The Raptor’s reign as the fiercest predator in the pickup ecosystem may be about to end, however. A new report claims Chevrolet is currently hard at work developing a version of the Silverado designed to take the fight to FoMoCo’s toughest truck.
According to Muscle Cars and Trucks, the new all-terrain truck will be called the Chevrolet Silverado ZRX. If the name reminds you of the ZR2, well, that’s likely intentional; MC&T‘s report suggests that the new truck will largely use the same sort of recipe GM applied to its midsize off-road truck. The Silverado ZRX will reportedly pick up a rock-hopping suspension featuring the same sort of delightful Multimatic DSSV dampers that deliver a remarkable blend of comfort and capability in the ZR2, as well as locking differentials for both front and rear axles, and a host of other upgrades and changes to improve its capabilities beyond the pavement, including tweaks that improve approach and departure angles.

Was pretty let down with this. They built this up only to release a lame video! No engine specs. Same ole Raptor but with a new front design, some updated shocks and coils in the back. It’s time they give the Raptors back some balls! Put some horsepower in this!! I’m not a RAM guy by no means but RAM definitely is laughing all the way to the bank on this one. RAM definitely sold some more TRX’s today.

Looks like a great truck for that one time of year I need to get a bunch of mulch for my yard.

Are the Ford interiors still light years behind the Dodge? That TRX is unreal in every way.
