Yes and yes. I drove it for roughly 500 yards after and now it’s not starting.

Whatever is is, the part isn’t available and they are working as quickly as they can to resolve the issue with their suppliers. They are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you’ll enjoy these 5 coupons for 20% of an oil change.

Truth. Buddy of mine has a 2025 F350 and his windshield wiper motor shite the bed. Parts been on warranty backup for 8 months.

If you want to haul a heavy load get Chevy Silverado.

If you want to swallow a heavy load buy a Ford.

If it's a turbo diesel it could be one of the rubber boots that connects to the intercooler. Does it still crank but won't start?

I would be grievously unhappy about that scenario.

Do you happen to live in an urban center like New Orleans, Chicago, Baltimore, or Philly?

Fuse perhaps? I've heard some pretty loud fuses pop. They didn't sound like a shotgun but did sound like a popper firecracker.

That's my thinking. Could maybe be engine internals, but I don't think it would have been a "pop"

Fusible link to the starter. Or the starter itself.
