I keed....I keed.

Much respect to you for being proactive, sons. Was serious about some gunsmithing. Have some buddies that I could refer to you also. Some dudes I work with know my background and have bought uppers and pieces and parts and can't put it together and I tell them I don't have time for it.

Like 12 engineers who can't put together an AR.

Didn't you appreciate how I did all the math in my head without showing my work--even though I was a government/history major?

Right there with ya bud. I started saving Last year prep for 4800 a semester. I was thinking "no way would it cost more than that" 18 months later and I'm doing 60+ hours a week with a 16 hour course load and thinking I still might not have enough.

I'd swing 9 hours in summer (or 6 and an intersession in there) and 15 in fall.

Meh .. You'd just take all 18 hours in the fall while working 84 hours a week .. Come on !

I don't think I've ever worked 84 hour weeks while in school, actually. 50+ was pretty common.

I did have a few 84 hour weeks during the summers I wasn't taking classes in BR. Those residential construction deadlines were killer.

LSU is roughly $875 per course assuming 5 classes per semester or 10 per year. If someone is only taking 8 classes a year then they are paying about $1095 per class. U of Florida in-state is a bargain for those that can get in.

So LSU has almost doubled its out-of-state tuition and fees and gotten worse overall. Who the hell could justify sending their kid there these days?

Jindal is working on figuring that out for you.

Another way to look at this. 10% a year in-state tuition increase over the last 5 years. Second only to Georgia.
