If you go back and read this thread, you'll see absolutely pitiful legal predictions (some seemingly by actual attorneys) given with certainty and even arrogance. Yet another reminder of how fricking full of shite a lot of people around here are.

WTF? He called them out, and they got physically violent. Is this difficult for you? Even if he used mean words, that does not give someone the right to attack another person and do bodily harm.
You keep saying she just walked up to him and hit him. It's more likely the boys had him down on the ground when she smashed a beer bottle over his head.
People blatantly show off being trashy these days, because they know people are afraid to call them out on bad behavior. It seems there are many here who support this. Say nothing, do nothing. See a person in need, whip out your phone and start recording.
