They should be charged with a federal hate crime.

The police have already stated before anyone was arrested that they would not be charged in a hate crime.
I'm further convinced a black citizen could be caught on tape yelling black power and I hate white people over and over again while beating a random white person and they would still not charge them with a hate crime.
