The synthetic didn't kill then, it was the "other drugs" they found. 1st guess would be heroin.

Oh they will. It’s LSP’s job to have a secure institution. Their lack of security allowed this poison to get inside the facility. Of course you have incarcerated men that haven’t been exposed to illegal narcotics in a long time and were suddenly given the opportunity to “get high” ( which wouldn’t happen if LSP security did its job).
