I remember this same thing happening in New Orleans a few years. Geniuses thought they were going to get some free copper. How freaking high do you have to be to think this is a good idea?

This is one of the dumbest crimes around. In the end it usually ends this way.
Don’t mess with the grid even the folk trained on it with a thousand hours sometimes fall prey to the shrike.
The shrike holds no mercy and gives none.
Sad this lesson keeps repeating time and time again.
