You need a battery backup. The electricity needed is minimal to power the board.

Yeah that seems overpriced, but it has been a while since I had one changed out. Last one was probably 10 years ago, and total was in the $800 range and was an attic replacement for 50 gallon tank. Local plumber just left the old one up there as it was too heavy to move, LOL.

The champagne reception for my 100000th post had to be postponed due to the hurricane.

That stuff is less than useless.

Some counties use solar water tank, rendering hot water with or without electricity.
Yeah, I’ve seen that in Mexico. It’s a black plastic barrel on the roof. Sun shines on black barrel, heats the barrel, barrel heats the water inside and then you have “lukewarm” water as long as the sun shines on your black plastic barrel.

The glass in our suite at the stadium has a small chip in it in front of my favorite seat. For some reason my eye is drawn to it as soon as I sit down. They say they can’t change the glass until after the season for some damn reason.Tried sitting at the bar stool seats but it ain’t the same ended up just sitting in the one beside it.

I take a cold shower every morning, however, I turn it on warm first then gradually get colder so it's not such an abrupt shock when I step in the shower.
Prayers sent for you and yours.

I replaced mine (State 50 gal electric) 2 weeks ago.
The water heater itself cost more than $800...never mind what the plumber charged.

I really want to fap. But I’m obliged to save up my spunk in the slim chance my wife wants to touch my peepee tonight. Very difficult time for me.
