Hope the babies are ok. They are resilient so I have hope.
As long as society tolerates this it will continue and get worse.
Cut their hands off. Cut their feet off. If they die on the course of their arrest, Display their corpses publically with their crimes around their neck. Punish their parents, make them all ineligible for state or federal assistance.
