I know nothing about this case. My guess is that this guy may have been on the fringe of things, but he was involved. Maybe he signed for the package(s) at the office. Maybe Jason's car was in Kevin's garage, maybe more than once. Maybe there's incriminating evidence from the electronic surveillance.
