Hehehe, knew a kid back in High School in a Memphis Suburb stole a bag of weed out of the suburb impound room as he was doing community service and the cops were relocating one building to another a block away. Even though the weed was bone dry it was still kickin' and it was golden brown, almost as yellow as the emoji's this site uses.
That was also the same time any of us heard of auto-erotic asphyxiation too. Same kid was washing a squad car and found the report of a naked body found hanging from a ceiling fan with skin mags spread around (this was like 1978-79, pre interwebs).

The problem with SPD, past and present, is that they hire deaf, blind and dumb.
They posted up outside of walmarks looking for applicants. Nobody wants to work there.
About once a month you will see a shreveport cop in the news for being arrested. Just had one that was texting a murder suspect with tips to evade the detectives looking for him, and I think there was the usual wife beater a few days ago.

What kinda pills we talking? And why don't they just destroy them after the counting, photographs, and what I assume is the chemical testing? Seems like this shite is just begging to happen.
