Yes, and to cut your "gotcha" off at the pass, this can also apply to the members of BLM who truly believe in the need to address police actions and aren't in it just for the looting/burning as an excuse to loot/burn. I don't agree with what they're doing, but I understand why they would do it.
Ahh, the "gotcha" if it is one was sealed from the second I treated you as a cross victim. It was a linear cross and you had to see it coming from the very first question but you were sorta leveraged into answering since you castigated the other guy earlier in the thread for not answering your cross. As long as you didn't let this is where we were going.
My simple takeaway is don't conflate understanding the reasons for an action with supporting the unlawful actions.
I personally think that the BLM protest (especially prior to being hijacked by self-appointed "leaders") had some legitimate beefs with the way policing is done in many parts of the US, a sentiment shared by a good portion of the OT over time. I can also understand the frustration and anger of this group and share some of their frustration. That said I am not accepting either actions as some blood nourishing the liberty tree kinda garbage.
There may be a time when riots and destruction of property are needed just like the Boston Tea Party but I think we are a long way away from that and a helluva lot farther from the need to accept and condone the kidnapping of elected officials.

No argument here.

idk if you're meaning to or not but when you say stuff like
LINK
> frick her. Those in government should suffer when they destroy lives with no regard.
it comes across as if you're supporting them tbh

I'm not good with any of them acting like her.

Again, that was for her. Not some over arching unending support for any and all plans they have.

don't you understand the general idea, though, that the main issue with the argument you're making is that the definition of, "tyrant" is super malleable and for every politician on earth, you can probably find a group of people that think they're being tyrannical

but you literally just said its only about her

don't try and change the subject

No, because I'm specifically singling this one person out.

Which is why it is limited to this one specific politician's actions. How hard is it to just keep it at that?

I haven't. No one is fooled by your pretending to be in the middle.
Salmon can pull that off. You can't

because the very guys that you supported also believed that all of those other government officials were complicit, and thus, deserved the same as the governor
They also considered potentially killing innocent Michiganians as a "distraction" by blowing up a bridge.

The federal complaint in this case alleges that the FBI began an investigation earlier this year after becoming aware through social media that a group of individuals was discussing the violent overthrow of certain government and law enforcement components. Through confidential sources, undercover agents, and clandestine recordings, law enforcement learned particular individuals were planning to kidnap the Governor and acting in furtherance of that plan. This group used operational security measures, including communicating by encrypted messaging platforms and used code words and phrases in an attempt to avoid detection by law enforcement. On two occasions, members of the alleged conspiracy conducted coordinated surveillance on the Governor’s vacation home. Fox and Croft discussed detonating explosive devices to divert police from the area of the vacation home and Fox even inspected the underside of an M-31 highway bridge for places to seat an explosive, according to the complaint. Among other activities, the complaint alleges Fox purchased a taser for use in the kidnapping and that the group successfully detonated an improvised explosive device wrapped with shrapnel to test its anti-personnel capabilities. The FBI and Michigan State Police executed arrests as multiple conspirators met to pool funds for explosives and exchange tactical gear.

This is what happens when you do what's been done. Stop fricking with people's lives. People can do many things unexpected if pushed to the brink.

the only reason why you are so adamant about just keeping it about the governor is because you know you won't be consistent with this position
