I started with a jar of salsa, put about 2 lbs of chicken breasts in, added a low sodium taco seasoning, and then some green enchilada sauce. Set it on high for 10 minutes. It takes a bit for it to build pressure thats why I said it was probably 20 mins total. I then shredded the chicken with a couple of forks and added some black beans and corn and mixed it all together. Pretty fricking ballin.

Think I'll try this for lunches next week.

I'm not normally a fan of reheated chicken, but could probably eat it like this.

I was just saying that neither one could really do anything other than suggest you take the proper security measures.

Someone could also hack your wifi to hack your phone, but what was happening that made you think your phone was hacked?

When you say a pack of cream cheese, you mean one of those blocks of cream cheese, like Philadelphia brand? And do you use chicken breasts? How many?

No you didn’t

I’m immuned to big eyes unless they’re on a child or a fluffy animal. There’s ice running through my veins.

Yes an 8 oz block

6 chicken tenders frozen
1 16 oz jar salsa
1 8 oz block cream cheese cubed

For the Instant Pot: place the frozen tenders in the Instant Pot and pour the salsa on top.
Cook on Manual HIGH for 6 min, allow for a 6 NPR before quick releasing the pressure.
Remove the chicken and place the cream cheese into the Instant Pot. Close the lid and let it sit on warm for 5 minutes.
Shred the chicken. Set aside.
Either whisk or use a hand electric mixer to mix in the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the chicken back to the instant pot.

That does sound good. I'm on a diet though, so no cream cheese for me.
