"Looks like the HAARP weather manipulation machine is gonna push Tropical Storm Harvey on a more east bound track now thru Thursday......which means ALOT more rain is expected for the New Orleans area starting late tonight thru the morning.......til the weekend......avoid driving in Orleans Parish if possible

It's clear Landrieu & Isaacson are purposely trying to initiate chaos and flooding by the way they are handling S & WB pump situation since Aug. 5th (which will help them usher in the new agenda 21 "sustainable city" blueprint for the city....when folks buzz off....for good)

Rumor is National Guard are being deployed to Nola now to deal with expected flooding over the next few days since majority of pumping capacity is off line
Rothschild seems to have some insider info on coming spike in oil prices from all of the HAARP induced storm destruction to areas in Texas and Louisiana that service the domestic oil industry.....refineries may be off line for months......he gonna make a killing $$ on short selling U.S. assets in the BILLIONS smh (order by chaos....nothing to see here.....look over there!....it's KAEPERNICK kneeling down"
