You need to do either the Atkins diet or paleo diet and start lifting weights with some HIIT Cardio, and don't think of atkins or paleo as "diets" it's more of a lifestyle change,

It's all in my gut. I need to lose weight, so that is why I am doing something about it. Dr is on my arse, I have family history of HBP and diabetes. I don't want to deal with all that. So I am starting now. I wouldn't mind getting down to 250, but 230 is my ultimate goal.
