Assumed. There were several threads re heinous crimes on the OT today. Not a single one of them alleged the crimes were committed BECAUSE the perps were white.

They are 10, 10 and 4. They are good kids who are repeating behavior they have grown up seeing. They don't need to be released to their parents and they don't need juvenile hall, they need a good family and if someone doesn't get ahold of them and show them a better way, they will become ruined. Have some heart for by chance you could have been born in that situation as well.
