10 between Lafayette and Baton Rouge

How is it possible that traffic is always fricked up between Lafayette and Baton Rouge on such a daily basis.

Catch basin issue on I 10 from BR to Laffy. 17 mile back up. Was says 1 hot to go 4 miles....

Because the state would rather spend money on foolish things than fixing the highways.

Second time I used the gravel road due to an accident, some dumb frick started a 3 point turn with a line of cars coming. Idiot couldn’t see anyone in the dust, and apparently it didn’t occur to him more cars would be behind him.
