I lived in Teakwood for about a year in the mid 70s as a wee lad (it was called Chateau something) then again around 1990 as a poor LSU student... sounds like it's changed quite a bit (I moved TF away from Louisiana the literal day I graduated LSU).

I remember Ned Avenue looked like a literal war zone. I’m sure it’s a whole lot worse now.
