30 was due to Bruce's system. Look how many picks QBs throw in their first season with him. Even hall of famers aren't immune:
Peyton Manning, Big Ben, Palmer, Luck, Brady, etc.
Every qb he worked with in that first year either had their career high in picks or very close to it.

Way under. He will continue to try to run the ball and Devin White or someone will cheap shot him onto IR before mid season.

Way under. 6 at the least, 8-9 at the most. I think he'll get more opportunities to show out now that he has actual receiving talent to go along with good coaching. I don't think this Winston is the same guy as Mr. 30 for 30. He seems like a much more polished quarterback.
