He does seem to "wither under the lights", doesn't he.

He withered under the pass rush. Multiple plays where they were in on Dalton in 3 seconds or less. On one play Throckmorton was flat on his face and the rusher was by him at the 1.5 second mark. I am not a Dalton fanboy but Jameis would have fared no better. Instead of mitigating the pass rush by going to the running game and quick outlet passes to get the ball out of the QB's hands quickly they chose to stay with a failing game plan and ignore 2 of the most dynamic athletes in the league (Hill and Kamara) by putting the ball in their hands a grand total receptions and rushes of 14 times. Who's fault is that?

If his vertebrae are in tact, give it another shot. He loses that first game, then just hand it to over to Taysom.

Anyone remember the first few losses?
I guess y’all forgot how bad he played.
Injuries don’t have anything to do with not making pre snap adjustments when a blitz is coming.

Those teams that are playing us are saying the same thing.

We have a game against a shitty team.

Because as bad as Dalton is, Jameis is worse.

Because he sucks?

Still better than the other options, and the last time he was healthy, he led an epic comeback against the Falcons.
