who even cares.

to be honest, we haven't received 100% confirmation from Saints Dennis is being retained imo. just a half arse message from dennis of what was quickly told to him.

They are probably still doing their evaluations of stuff, they are very deliberate usually.

I imagine because of his long term with the team as well, he will not be fired but step down.

He doesn’t want the job so maybe he’s just stepped down at this point

The Saints know that he would be heading out with Payton so it's doing good by Pete and Sean to handle it this way. I mean the guy has been with the franchise since 2006...probably the longest tenured coordinator in the league. No need to fire him while on his way out.

Loomis said most evaluations will be finished by next week.

I don’t even think coaches on playoff teams can even interview until the Divisional Round anyway
