All that matters is 8 SHOTS IN THE BACK......

Only because you agree with him. If he knows something, he should share with the group. It's the least he can do since he has the board so polluted, that people are discussing Smiths social calendar as if it has anything to do with his murder.

brought up what we was doing before, when no one knows what he was doing before? how does that make sense to you?

You didn't need any media reports to suggest Smith was stalking Hayes, brandished a gun, and was intoxicated so you clearly have info that the rest of us don't have.
I said Smith was stalking Hayes? Please link that directly. You're arguments are getting quite desperate.

brandished a gun,
we know from eye witness account that Will Smith made mention of a gun. I dont know any details surrounding him actually ever having a gun in his hand, and neither does anyone else.

deductive reasoning says Will Smith was indeed impaired on this night. His lawyer and the manager at Sake have already incriminated him on this.

Since you know Hayes personally, why don't you spill it?
i tried to give you the benefit of the doubt but good god you are stupid if you believe this

We already know you have Will Smiths entire night mapped out, bro. No need to keep beating your drum.
I want to know about what Hayes may have been doing. Speculation on Smith runs rampant, but what about Hayes? If having dinner at Sake=shitfaced, then dreads and a dashiki must mean Hayes was high as Sputnik, right? It's deductive reasoning!

First off, never claimed Will Smith was "shitfaced". 2ndly, Look how far you are off topic, centering all your anger towards me.
Im not sure your jimmies couldn't be any more rustled at this point.

Really? Last time I brought it up, your response was:

Free Bear Hayes!

You are the only idiot who didnt think I was joking when i said that because you were the only idiot to believe the guy who said I was related to him.

I'm not off topic at all. The thread is about strip clubs, right?
Can we get surveillance video from all strip clubs? Maybe Hayes was in there too. If Smith's presence is relevant to the case, why not Hayes?
I just think it's a little odd how some saints fans are so fast to baselessly drag a murdered mans reputation through the toilet, yet the gunman doesn't get the same scrutiny.

so you are saying because the police are trying to piece together what Will Smith did before he was murdered, this is equates to "baselessly dragging his reputation through the mud"?
On the other hand, do you not think they are getting Hayes' story on what he did previously to this homicide?
Not sure what your angle is here, but you've clearly gone off the deep end.

The police?
I don't see the police doing this at all. I see Fuller doing it.

I guarantee both are looking to retrace his steps. The defense just requested the surveillance.
do you think any less of Will Smith for going to a strip club?

if the police arent trying to find out what hayes was doing then they are not doing their job.
remember, fuller had to tell us about the hit and run and that there was another weapon on the scene, so its possible that the investigators just arent leaking any info. have the police even acknowledged that there was a hit and run yet?

Fuller didn't have to tell us anything. The witness video about the second gun was out before Fuller ever spoke and the H&R video was out the same day. Just because the police aren't feeding you the pro-Hayes sound bytes you crave doesn't mean they aren't doing their jobs.
I'm sure they are interested in these things like strip clubs and whether or not Will had that second glass of Pinot at Sake, but within the framework of this case, they mean almost nothing.
Lester dives into this stuff as If Smith is shown to be a big enough a-hole, somehow Hayes was justified. The only thing that matters is what happened after the 2nd collision. The only way Hayes has a self defense claim is if he was convinced Smith was going to kill him first. Keep in mind that for everything Fuller has said (and he's said a lot of shite about Smith and the NOPD that he can't take back), he has not said that his client intends to plead self defense.
Why do you think that is?

Most of this has nothing to do if Smith is justified or not. shite, you argued for 2 days on whether there was traffic in front of Hayes when Will Smith hit him, then another full day of arguing if Will Smith hit him at all. And you want to act like everything we have talked about has to do whether the murder was justified or not?
Im sorry if you are just now realizing that Will Smith (or any athlete for that matter) was not a perfect person. Im not dragging his name in the dirt. This is stuff that he choose to do.
Hayes may or may not be guilty. He may or may not have done some questionable things that day outside of the homicide. But until that comes up, it's hard to comment.
You have pulled past LNCHBOX in the land of delusion. Holy crap man. Step away.

Lol.
Why do you think Fuller has not stated his client's innocence?
Don't you think it's odd he would ask for stripper film in the middle of the man's funeral, but he hadn't once said "my client was acting in self defense"? Odd right? Why?

weeks(months?) away from a trial. At least pretend you've followed court cases before.
as far as stating his clinents innocence
quote:
But before he turned over the case, Fuller told NBC News on Monday that his client is innocent and will plead not guilty.
Posted on 4/17/16 at 6:17 pm to Lester Earl
Months? Hell Fuller is trying the case right now in the media.
On what grounds is he innocent, Lester?
Think of it this way. If Your client tells you that "Smith pulled a gun and I defended myself", wouldn't you mention that, like, the first day? Instead of all of this strip club and police conspiracy nonsense. You really think he's saving it for later? This isn't Cameron's secret playbook.
I have several friends who are defense attorneys in the city and they all agree.... It isn't because Hayes is innocent.

There is no incentive to mention anything right now. Same reason NOPD is selectively releasing evidence. It's truly not that hard to understand,

Really? His client's innocence and reputation is not an incentive?
When this is over, you will see that Fuller hasn't held anything back. He has thrown everything out there but the kitchen sink.
