SP is not from Texas!!! He is from the greater Chicago area. He has only lived in Dallas 3 of his 47 years! We can argue about whether it's a big deal but get your facts straight. This move makes no sense unless he is getting a divorce. Why? Because he HAS to be in NO like 200 days a year.

Mrs. Payton cared where he lives, very much.
