The Cowboys....
So youre saying that that is the Saints fans fault?

no, I'm saying the Saints were an afterthought in Shreveport until the bandwagon started to grow.

This board is obsessed with bandwagonism! Too bad we can't look into everyone's heart and know if they truly converted to the church of Saints prior to 2009. Perhaps this would cause some satisfaction for long-suffering Saints fans, but I don't get the obsession.

Ah, well I'm saying youre wrong. Ive lived in 'shithole' Shreveport most of my life (all but 8 years of 28) and I think I know 2 people who prefer Cowboys over Saints here, and living here for 20 years Ive gotten to know quite a few around the area. Im flat out telling you, you dont really know what youre talking about.

There many more Cowboys fans here than other places in Louisiana, but thats because of proximity of Dallas, Texas, and marketing by networks in the past, obviously.

But a big majority of the people here are Saints fans, not Cowboys fans. Youre seeing that in the recent 'voting' polls....

Don't waste your time bro. Deaf ears around here. Its bad enough dealing with D-Bag Cowboy fans, then you come here and fans of your own team practice douche-baggery. Oh well, "my enemies enemy" and all that....

You get used to it.

Congrats on the win!

I'm not sure who I hate more this year. Cowboys fans or Baton Rouge Saints fans.

God what a bunch of insecure queers.

Having grown up in N. LA in the 50's and 60's, I hated the fact that the TV station in Shreveport always aired the Cowboys game instead of the Saints. I've never liked the Cowboys for that simple reason.

Can't really blame then for not showing Saints games in the '50s. I probably wouldn't have either.
