Who is Bernhard Raimann? Good prospect at tackle?

Everytime I do a mock draft on PFF Raimann is rated higher then Penning and is available at 18? Whats the story with him?
I read about him switching from TE to tackle last season and that he hasn't been playing that long. Why is he rated higher on PFF. What is his RAS score compared to Penning? Whos the better tackle?

He’s from Austria and a late bloomer who put on a ton of weight, and apparently an impressive physical specimen. Always hard to project offensive lineman so who knows how he ends up?

OT"s seem to have a long career span. Duane Brown is a FA from Seattle and will be 37 in August. Jason Peters from Chicago is 40. My concern is choosing a project with your first rd. pick. Some analysts project him as a better fit at right Tackle or Guard.

He was pretty impressive in the LSU game last fall. Really good feet for a kid that big.
Orgeron sought him out after that game and talked to him a bunch on the field.
I don't know that I'd go for a tackle in the first round, especially if Burks from Arkansas is still on the board, but Raimann does have the look of a long-time NFL starter.
