No....he's not.

I like Engram as a player but I have no idea what to do with him on the field. Howard is a pure TE, while Engram is in that no man's land of too big to be a WR but not big enough to be a TE. He can't really be a match up nightmare if every time he's on the field our cards are shown and we're more than likely passing.

I'd be ok with Howard if we could find someone to give us a 2nd for Fleener before Friday

I still think #11 is too high for Howard...Now if we could obtain the mythical trade back with some team trying to get ahead of Cleveland and say fell back 4-5 spots and still was able to get Howard or Barnett that would be ideal.

Saw a mock this morning that had Houston trading up to grab Mahomes- but they had the saints drafting Melifonwu at 25

Im an Engram fan but he is not "just as good as Howard". He lacks the size to be an effective blocker in the NFL. Hes more of a receiving tight end, while Howard can do everything.
