When the dust settles, Peyton Manning will be our GM. Gruden our coach.

More likely that after Benson dies, Peyton Manning ends up being part of an ownership group that tries to buy the team.

This would be a good thing I believe. PM is a fierce competitor who loves the game and this city, and he would bring both knowledge of the game as well as a determination to field a winning team.

The one that pretty much advertises on MNF every time we have played in the past.

Oh, I think that would be the best thing that could happen for the team long term. Sure better than Gayle trying to run the Saints.

How long has it been since Gruden coached? How many jobs has he been mentioned for?
The man doesn't want to coach anymore.

I thought maybe he had a son or cousin or something...??

Wouldn't mind him being a part of a group not sure how much of a % he could get. But the talk of him as a GM is comical at best.

A long time ago, you could have changed the name from Gruden to Vermeil and if the Rams had decided that ole Dick had just been away too long, they would have never had their Super Bowl. I think that both Gruden and Cowher have stayed involved in the game in other ways and if they chose to come back, they could have success. Possibly even more so because they have been observing the league and how it has changed for the better and worse from a different perspective than a coach that is in the middle of improving the players in front of him on a daily basis.

Its more likely that video surfaces of Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un having an orgy with and elephant in Russia while Vladimir Putin films than this happening.
