WTF? Saints were viewed as one of the better run and stable organizations in the league when he took over.,

They have been kicking the can down the road for quite a while now.

Sean whiffed or blew multiple chances to replace an aging quarterback and then ran away from the mess he had made. Mickey was there the whole time. Who was the starting QB when Sean was last there?

I am not saying DA is a great or even good head coach but the organization issues are not his fault.

I feel like DA is a mediocre coach who would rise and fall based on the organization and he has not been in a good organizational situation. He is in a better place here and his record is better as a result but it is still not good, obviously.
