Even the third string center got hurt Monday night, so as I understand it, we were down to our last offensive lineman on the active roster to even play. The Chiefs d- line was just pouring through the middle every single play throughout most of the second half.

I assume Ruiz will be out again this coming Sunday, but what about any of the other guys?

I'm afraid rattler will just be running for his life all game.

They’ve called me up to play guard if that gives you any idea. I’m 52, and have only played safety in HS

Well for starters he hasnt practiced at all since the injury and was a DNP on the latest injury report. Pretty easy assumption to make..

After Rattlers last year at USC I completely understand the decision to start him

Not to be confused with USC, which is Southern California.

South Carolina doesn’t deserve that kind of respect.

So you prefer to respect So Cal more than the SEC's USC?
I'll tell Rattler your a west coast bitch then

Of course. Southern Cal has 10 national championships in football and South Carolina has 0.

Southern Cal has 11 national championships in college baseball, and South Carolina has 2.

Any reasonable, objective person would respect Southern Cal more, and that’s why most of the nation does indeed respect them more.

A good QB doesn't need a perfect o-line.

LT: Fuaga
LG: Patrick
C: McGovern
RG: Young
RT: Penning

The fact that they pulled Saldiveri in favor of a guy they just signed off the Jets PS 3 days earlier. He’s a complete bust.

So you respect So Cal more than LSU by your own logic as presented above. Good for you.

Saldiveri doesn't play center. McGovern has and has over 60 starts.
Patrick at LG has even more starts I believe. Saldiveri is a 4th round pick last year with how many?
People around here also wanted Penning cut. Where are they? People around here wondered why Zach Streif was on the team after little playing time in 3 years. What happened then?

That's the only line we have a chance with until we're all healthy honestly, because Patrick at Center does not work. Salvaderi at left guard does not work, & the combination of those two at the same time in those positions Is flat out horrible. However Patrick At left guard works. So if we can get halfway decent center play we might be Ok, Even with young at right guard

Their football program has certainly been better than LSU’s historically, but I think that LSU’s program has made up some ground in recent decades and is catching up. Southern Cal is considered a blue blood of college football while LSU is usually not, unfortunately.

I will always have a soft spot for LSU, and I hope they continue to have great success and catch up to the blue bloods of college football.
