playing the best players and knowing who they are, is not something a "good" HC does so terribly badly as DA does

seriously---where is this major talent? talented to be in the NFL? of course. thats the case for all 32 teams.
we have a bunch of mid tier NFL players and a handful of past their prime players (like Cam, HB, etc).

Coach is not the real problem. No receivers except for Olave right now. A washed up Qb...2 washed up QB'S. No blocking TE's....would pay good money for a Josh Hill.
But all that was with the Saints last year and they were able to ultimately put it together.
The defense sucks balls right now. Ravens had almost 190 yards on the ground. A 15 minute edge in TOP. DBs blowing assignments...and being hurt. Losing Marcus Williams really has turned out to be a big deal.....and Malcolm Jenkins. Something is wrong up front because overall it is intact from last year
