Lets say he tears open Seattle's D and then the San Fran/Carolina D...

How many here would feel pretty shitty about wanting to get rid of his arse in the beginning of the season? (ie Tampa game)

I know I would

Some would, but not most. He wasn't performing well until later in the season. Some of that is on him, and some of that was misuse. For the record, I've always been an Ingram guy, but even I was down on him.

I think it would be great and would not feel shitty about making shitty comments about his shitty running the last few years.

Now the bamer fans would be insufferable but what else is new?

I think Sean will do that this weekend.

The Philly game, I saw Ingram running with more force, passion, and drive. He was lowering shoulders and hitting hard. He had a bruiser mentality during and after the game.

I think Philly was a test run, expect Ingram to play a big role on Saturday

Let me clarify a bit

Obviously no one would feel shitty that we were in a super bowl

I'm just asking in the "Oh frick, the irony of this all. Ingram is our savior!" way

He was actually making yards after contact-consistently. First time I've seen that from him.

It would ruin my year. Do I even want to watch the draft?

Maybe this could be a lesson for all...Don't be hard on shitty players, you might just need them.

Except Hartley...frick that guy

Last year Ingram did pretty well in yards after contact FYI.

quote:

Ingram was No. 26 with 298 yards coming after contact. But Ingram’s percentage of yards after contact (49.8) ranked No. 6 in the league. Teammate Pierre Thomas was No. 5 at 50.1 percent and ranked No. 31 with 237 yards after contact.

i wasn't hard on him, so i wouldn't eat crow at least.

I'd be surprised out of the 3 aspects (passing game, running game, and defense) it would be ingram's running game to lead us.

Ingram is starting to crank it up. I wouldn't be surprised if he did.
