I can only imagine and cringe at the repercussions that would occur if Drew doesn't get signed. Could management be so stupid as to destroy the Saints frachise like that. Imagine how much money they would loose when half the fanbase stops watching and buying stuff.

This is a good point.
I think we can admit that a lot of the money-spenders in this fanbase are bandwagon fans.
If Brees doesn't play, Benson can kiss them goodbye almost immediately.

Seriously though, if/when Drew leaves I will still be in my season ticket seats, I will still go to every game, I will still watch every away game. It isn't the end of the world.
