For Breesus sake, you could put in a complete nobody, it doesn't matter. They will literally have zero responsibility, and I'm assuming charts will be made up of "if this situation, do this, if that situation, do that". They will have no say over personnel, very little say over game plan, and probably no playcalling duties what so ever.
