We’ve already wasted 2 picks on 2 back up QBs…. Don’t waste anymore picks this year on QB

Don’t waste any of your picks on a QB this year.

Dart was the late 1st rd target and Loomis couldn’t get it done.

Use ALL your picks to fortify the remainder of the team outside QB.

Then roll with Rattler…. If he sucks…
we grab QB next year.

Wrong. Take a shot every year until you hit.

I disagree….

Rattler has to be given a chance this year… if he sucks… THEN you move on.

It's the most valuable position in the league by far.

If you have 2 usable, young QBs you know what happens? you get draft picks for one

So many of you dumbasses don’t know the difference between the words “use” and “waste.” Of course, you’re one of the dumbest motherfrickers on here, so this is no big surprise.

Qbs drafted after the 1st rd the last decade has only produced 3 starters. Hurts, Dak, Purdy. After them it's Gardiner Minshew, Josh Dobbs or Mason Rudolph. That's 3 good out of 50+. You're most likely just flushing picks and we definitely can't afford to do that in the top 100 picks.

I’m okay with Milroe at 71 but not at 40.

Just address the post and don’t attack.

Of course… your post only addresses the words “use and “waste”…. So the content of your post is utterly meaningless.

I’m good with Howard or Ewers late. Both are proven quality guys. What else are we going to find in the 5th?

Yep. It’s the only position where backups command $10 million/year salaries. Even if a 4th or 5th rounder just develops into a reliable backup, it’s a win, and you may be able to recoup the pick in a trade or compensatory pick when their rookie contract is up anyway.

Let the coaching staff pick guys they think they can develop in their system, instead of having to resort to signing Carson Wentz, Teddy Bridgewater, or Jameis Winston types to $10 million/year contacts to mostly ride the bench.

GoatMilker….

The new coach did have a Say on who he wanted as QB in this draft.

He wanted Dart.

But Loomis couldn’t trade back into the late1st round to get it done !!

I would rather spend a 5th rd pick on a OL than a QB …AFTER spending mid round picks the last 2 consecutive years in QBs.

I think we should just play without a quarterback. Cut all of them and never draft another one. Just stack the defense and see if we can win that way

Deuce McCallister was saying last night on WWL the Saints were desperately trying to trade back into the latter 1st round…. But they couldn’t get it done.

He said that on around pick 19 in the draft and said it again later on.

Everyone assumed it was to get Dart.

Then trade was made by another team to acquire pick in the round and they drafted Dart.

Loomis failed again

McCallister also said he knew of several teams trying to get back into the 1st rd.

Giants beat them to the punch.

Loomis failed his Coach.
