Dude came in and beat some shite teams as a 26 year old rookie when the season was already over. Then we spent the whole offseason kinda collectively acting like we had found the answer.

We haven’t played two quarters of football yet. Offensive line doesn’t look good. Running game nonexistent. Several dropped passes. What is he supposed to do?

He’s supposed to be a leader and a QB one. There may have been a couple of dropped passes, but he would still be below 50% even if they weren’t. The original poster had it right. He beat some subpar teams at the end of last year that really did not care about losing, they cared about their draft position, which is something the dumbass saints didn’t.
