Realistically they aren’t going to fire Dennis Allen after one season. But they need new coordinators . Fire Carmichael and establish an actual d coordinator. Cut Mathieu loose. Get a fricking quarterback.

Very dark days are ahead. Even us competing for mediocrity the next 2 years are disaster. We have zero shite at competing in playoffs for like 3-5 years assuming Jesus gives us a superstar on a fricking lucky platter

They should because he never should have been given the job to begin with. He was nothing more than a continuity hire.

Correct. We used to laugh at teams like this with their foolish optimism. With good reason.
I guess first step is to make sure we have someone in place with a decent probability of recognizing a franchise type qb when the opportunity arises. Can’t afford to bust on that decision.
