Can't see the Saints recovering from and 0-3 start with the schedule ahead. Wrap it up. Too Many injuries. Maybe LSU can make a rebound.

Oddly, we're still very alive in the division. No team in this division looks really good. But even if we somehow won the division, we'd get crushed in the playoffs, so whatever. frick everything.

Agreed. If we go 0-4 again, is that four times in five years? Woof.

So when does it end? Is this a Brees contract issue, dead money, bad drafting, bad free agent signing.

We neglected the defense for years. We finally got a bunch of quality starters but we still had no depth, and now they're all hurt. Maybe another round of high picks can get us some depth and we start to climb out of this shitty defense spiral?

They were done before the season started. Did you not take a look at the roster?

Season over.

It's still September.

Hopefully they lose out and make an impact in the '17 Draft.

The roster had zero depth and you knew injuries were coming. It's part of the game

So when does it end?

Probably no time soon with the ownership issues, but I'd say as soon as they eat that $45M owed to Payton, the beginning of the end will be here.

One of three things must happen:

Either Payton grows a sack and fires his friends like Vitt and McMahon.

Or Loomis grows a sack and fires Payton

Or Benson fires them both.

One of those three things must happen

The Saints have drafted poorly, made bad free agent deals and have $40M in dead money = a recipe for disaster. Payton tries to emulate the Pats but we are as far away from the Pats as any team in the NFL.

This is what I want, even though it does not solve the personal and cap issue.

We didn't need to pay Brees so much to have this record. I'd have done it for much less.

I still actually want Payton. The rest of the staff, front office and players just needs a major overhaul.

Don't worry, Payton has proven that we can come back from an 0-4 start...oh wait, nevermind
