The cover story for the cameras is that they are filming some bullcrap show show about career changes -- not Undercover Boss. It's completely staged, though-- it's TV.

As far as Walk-ons is concerned, I occasionally had lunch on Poydras because
It was close to my office. It was ok as a place to re-fuel. and have a drink, but that’s about it. Wouldn’t make a special trip
