The fact that his attorney is saying its not him is a fricking joke. I mean if he would have just layed low this season and stayed out the public's eye it would have helped him. Especially after Payton has mentioned he wanted a good locker room vibe. I mean like going on the IR or something after an "injury" that could have potentially been an option. You can't get suspended if you're not playing

It's not fricking hard guys. NFL calls him in and asks for proof he WASN'T in that town on that day...phone records, credit card receipts, etc..
I do know this, if he was in that town and on that beach area, it's fricking him.
Seriously, someone yelling "Jr" and a dead ringer look alike fighting? He will have tweeted, texted, instagram, fb, or something.
And remember, all it takes is for them to locate ONE person in that video with proof!
My only concern is him fighting for himself. Where the frick are his freeloader thug gangstas who should be stepping up for him. If its him, that should be proof of what kind of guys his "boys" are.
