Update from the Inside

I talked to my buddy last night on the inside and was drunkenly harrasing him to give up some information on the Saints draft board. He did not saying he could lose his job knowing I would come straight to the board and post it.
The couple things he told me are very general in nature as in the whole coaching staff and Loomis have been in house very early every morning and leaving very late, including Rob Ryan. He says that Payton is constantly moving names around the board multiple times a day and adding names all the time. Says mostly all they do all day long right now is watch film, talk about players and salaries, and have meetings. My buddy says they are looking at a lot of smaller schools, more than years past. He wouldnt mention any players but after texting him every minute for at least half an hour he gave me a school name: University of Cal (PA).
As most people know QB Peter Lalich was a standout passer for the small school. There is an article about him on yahoo.com and ESPN.com telling his story. He was a true freshman starter at Virginia before being dismissed from the team for an alcohol incident. He then signed on with Oregon State and competed with Saints practice squad QB Sean Canfield. He recieved another alcohol incident and dropped out of Oregon State. He enroled in Cal(PA) and shined as their starting QB. He has since posted straight A's in academics, went to alcohol rehab, and does not drink or smoke.
At 6'4" 235 lbs, his body is built for the NFL. He QB style is compared by most to NE QB Tom Brady. His feet work inside and outside of the pocket, and his deep throw accuracy are his two strong points. His main weakness is shown to be his ability to read a defense on the go and adjust. He is accurate on the run when moving to his right or stepping up into the pocket.

On a serious note, check out the QB he seems legit and could be a camp body.

If that's really your buddy, you shouldn't put that.

I was expecting you to talk with your source about Free agency.
Posted on 3/6/13 at 6:54 am to 504hornets
I havent said his name or where he is from or his background just what department he works in. Also, he hasnt said anything to me that could be job threatening.
I normally wait for rumors to come out to ask if they are true or not. Most of the time he gives me general answers in hopes that I will pick up on something.

Thinking same but also that he put out a strawman to KEEP them from finding his source.

A summary of the OP:
1) I've been bugging my buddy for info.
2) He wouldn't give any info.
3) He texted me a name of a school.
4) Here is one player from that school.
Don't worry. I'll post the appropriate gif FOR YOU:
But seriously thanks for the info.
K.

If we pick up a QB, I'd prefer Ryan Griffin.

That is a good one...but after seeing your first gif I would have posted this:
You're welcome for the little bit of nothing I have offered. More to come for sure....

I think Griffin could learn a lot from Drew Brees.
